A student introduced me to your poetry as a final assignment Essay #3: they were to research via google contemporary poets who write about similar socio-economic issues as those of 84 yrs ago: the Market Crash of ’29. I’m planning on using your poetry for my 20th C US Literature class for this cycle: “When A Factory’s Life Ends” and “The Slow Economic Bleeding Takes Its Toll”
