Stink Bugs and Skunks

The autumn air reeks of stink bugs and skunks,

Foul-smelling pretend gladiators and weaselly punks,

Drooling politicians, truth and dignity they drench,

No election is untouched by their fetid stench,

Every candidate, the test of worthiness flunks.
