In this moment, I am whole.
All parts of me are working together
to promote healing and well-being.
My body receives wisdom from my mind and spirit.
My mind is given nourishing embodiment from my body
and life force energy from my spirit.
My spirit permeates all that I am,
and it is the source of all my future possibilities.
With each breath, I am connected to God.
I give thanks for this connection and my wholeness.
