  1. Dear Mr. Iannone,
My name is Dominic and I am a 4th grader at Queen of Angels Catholic School in Irwin, Pennsylvania. I have an assignment due this month where I need to make a book of poetry. The book must include 2 published poems. I really like your haiku poem with the water lily, it is untitled. Is this poem published in one of your books? May I have your permission to use your poem in my homework assignment?
    Thank you.
    Dominic

  2. Your poems are real.I do not want to reprint them for public use, but would like to read one at a gathering giving you full credit of course. Thank you for your insight.

  3. i am a 8th grader from toled, OH. and i would like permission to us your poem “An Invitation to Dance” thank you it’s really great.

  4. Dear Mr. Iannone:
I have repeatly, read your poem “melting snow”. It has moved me. I wanted to post it on a website dedicated to finding missing people. Specifically, Morgan Dana Harrington. Morgan, a 20 yr. old, Virginia Tec student, went missing after a Metallica concert in Charlottesville, Va., on October 17, 2009. I did not know Morgan or her family, I just voluteered to go search for her. I have a teenage daughter and was frightened that this happened so close to my home. I am orginally, an Ohio native, and lived in Shaker Hts., and Cleveland Hts., until moving to NJ and then ultimately, Virginia. My family is still in Toledo and Cleveland.
Your poem touched me beyond words.
